Softura | Senior Email Marketing Executive

As a Sr. Email Marketing Executive/Lead, you will play a crucial role in the strategy execution of our email marketing campaigns, from conception to analysis to drive lead generation. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, analytical, has good team mentoring/ management skills, and eager to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the strategizing and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails, managing lists, scheduling, and sending emails.
- Work closely with the marketing team to segment lists and personalize emails to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing on various email campaigns to optimize performance.
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices, strategies, and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling email content and visuals.
- Assist in managing the email marketing calendar and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in email marketing and suggest innovative ideas to improve email marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful email campaigns.
- Strong understanding of email marketing concepts, metrics, and best practices.
- Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and comfortable with data analysis to drive campaign strategy.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Dynamics CRM)
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills along with ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT to derive basic content ideas.
- 360 Marketing campaign awareness and knowledge about Linkedin platform and campaigns (desired skill)
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve campaign performance.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good team mentoring and management skills
- Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing Marketing Automation Platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, MailChimp, SendinBlue.
- Enhanced data management abilities to ensure clean and accurate lists.
