**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 200-250 outbound calls per day to generate leads and build relationships with international clients.
- Identify and target potential customers in international markets.
- Engage in cold calling to initiate sales opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate products or services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in global markets.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for market penetration.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, and cold calling, preferably in international markets.
- Strong communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
