**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:
- Utilize lead generation tools and databases to build a pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they fit the company's target market.
**Client Communication**:
- Initiate contact with leads and follow up on inquiries promptly.
- Conduct introductory calls or meetings to understand the client's needs and present appropriate products or services.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and build rapport.
**Sales Support**:
- Assist senior sales representatives in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet the client's requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless sales process.
**Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and reports to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer preferences, market demands, and competitor strategies.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contact information, interactions, and outcomes, using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including key metrics such as conversion rates, revenue generated, and pipeline status.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and presentations as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques.
