B.COM
- Job Description- Thorough Knowledge of laws & procedures relating to Imports & Exports including benefits, obligations and its compliance ( including AEO certifications)
- Obtaining & redemption of Advance Authorisation
- Obtaining & redemption of EPCG licenses
- SIMS registration for Steel import shipments
- Generation of APTA for export shipments
- Replying to DL and SCN from DGFT
- Timely renewal of all licenses and certificates ( RCMC, Status Holder digital key, AEO, EEPC)
- Generating RODTEP Licenses and accounting of the same
- Coordination with CHR & AP team for payment of import duties
- Follow up and collection of duty drawback
- Follow up and collection of IGST refunds
- Resolving queries raised by Department on DDB and IGST etc
- Addressing notices from Customs, DGFT etc
- Follow up with AD banks for getting BRCs
- Timely closure of all IDPMS and EDPMS
- Liasoning to get the legacy export benefits ( FPS/ MEIS)
- Coordination and excellent rapport with Department
