Thorough Knowledge of laws & procedures relating to Imports & Exports including benefits, obligations and its compliance ( including AEO certifications)

  • Obtaining & redemption of Advance Authorisation
  • Obtaining & redemption of EPCG licenses
  • SIMS registration for Steel import shipments
  • Generation of APTA for export shipments
  • Replying to DL and SCN from DGFT
  • Timely renewal of all licenses and certificates ( RCMC, Status Holder digital key, AEO, EEPC)
  • Generating RODTEP Licenses and accounting of the same
  • Coordination with CHR & AP team for payment of import duties
  • Follow up and collection of duty drawback
  • Follow up and collection of IGST refunds
  • Resolving queries raised by Department on DDB and IGST etc
  • Addressing notices from Customs, DGFT etc
  • Follow up with AD banks for getting BRCs
  • Timely closure of all IDPMS and EDPMS
  • Liasoning to get the legacy export benefits ( FPS/ MEIS)
  • Coordination and excellent rapport with Department
