**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attending inquiries, calling leads, following up with the leads and getting them to visit the site for meeting.
- Helping to close the deal by coordinating requirements for property deals.
- Proactively initiates and engages in sales calls to new prospects within the real estate market.
- Show properties to potential buyers, guiding them through the buying process, and assisting with paperwork and negotiations.
- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Protects the organization's reputation and assets by keeping information confidential.
- Develop and implement strategies for new services.
- Identifies new opportunities by analyzing market trends and understanding client property requirements.
- Assists in the establishment of annual sales goals and actively works towards achieving monthly targets.
- Will be required to visit multiple sites of Chavda Developers.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Executive/Business Development.
- Real Estate Sales background preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills and market research experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
