**JOB ROLE**:
**Fund Accounting**:

- Ensuring that the FA does the accurate NAV computation and reporting to AMFI and AMC websites and RTA within stipulated timelines.
- Monitoring Parallel NAV computation on daily basis.
- Monitoring TB on daily basis to ensure entries passed by Fund Accountant are accurate.
- Ensuring close tracking and monitoring of record dates for all dividend options with no regulatory breach. Monitoring and verifying the dividend distributable surplus working provided by the Fund Accountant.
- Ensuring proper communication with Fund Accountant regarding change in expense ratio
- Ensuring close monitoring of various MIS maintained by the team to keep proper control on daily activities and reconciliations.
- AMFI/ SEBI regulations pertaining to publishing of NAV, Expense ratios, holding statements, annual/ half yearly accounts are followed.
- Smooth completion of half yearly and annual financials within stipulated timelines.

**Valuation of investments**:

- Monitoring of Investment Valuation Policy for all asset type in accordance with SEBI regulation.
- Timely preparation of Valuation notes on any new Investment or new change which are not covered under present valuation framework and ensuring effective implementation of the same.
- Ensuring that the Investment Valuation Policy is being followed strictly by the Fund Accountant.

**Exchange traded Funds (ETFs)**:

- Monitoring Intra-day NAV computation processes for all type of ETFs transactions.
- Ensuring accuracy in computation and dissemination of Indicative NAV of ETF schemes on AMC website and exchanges trading platform

**Scheme expense administration, Taxation and return filing**:

- Monitoring of invoices and timely payment to the vendors.
- Ensuring timely preparation of Yearly/monthly expenses MIS to monitor scheme wise expense and share the details with finance team
- Close monitoring of eligibility criteria for TER charging. SEBI define limits need to be monitored accurately
- Payment and filing of statutory dues/returns or refunds on time and as per regulatory norms
- Ensuring nil cases of delay or error in statutory payments or dues

**Cash flow management, NFO and banking operations**:

- Ensuring high level of accuracy in preparation of daily cash flow of all schemes.
- Close co-ordination with Bank in obtaining intra-day credit line. Ensuring that the daily redemption disbursements are credited into investors account on time.
- Managing the processes related to daily monitoring of every bank account with the cash flow to ensure that zero incident of OD/rejection of credits.
- Smooth co-ordination with the banking officials to resolve the banking related issues.
- Managing e-net banking and transaction banking set up with banks.
- Monitoring of end-to-end NFO related activities to ensure timely allotment of units.

**Reconciliation of investments, outstanding bank balances and units**:

- Monitoring of Subscription, redemption and switch reconciliations prepared by RTA and FA.
- Monitoring of investments, operative bank recon, custody recon, etc. on daily basis.
- Close co-ordination with the RTA and Fund Accountant to ensure timely resolution of outstanding recon items.

**Manuals updation and executions of SLAs**:

- Continuous updation of manual and sharing the changes with the relevant parties to ensure process adherence.
- Timely review of SLA with all vendors and carried out the required changes before finalisation of the same.

**Reporting, half yearly and annual financials**:

- Ensuring regulatory requirements around various reporting (including Offsite inspection report) are implemented within stipulated timeline with accuracy.
- Ensuring completeness, accuracy and timely submission of all reports of SEBI, AMFI and statutory bodies.
- Monitoring of Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly and periodic reports received from FA and RTA.
- Review of Annual, Half yearly and abridged financials.

**Audits**:

- Ensuring that there should not be any major Audit observations in NAV computation areas i.e. Valuation, income accrual, expense accrual and corporate actions.
- Ensuring proper coordination with the Auditors w.r.t. submission of data and query resolution to complete the audit related task within the stipulated timelines.
- Timely resolution of queries raised by the auditors on half yearly and annual financials.
- Ensing no major observations in internal, statutory and SEBI audit report.
- Ensuring that all process and system are audit compliant.

**Risk management**:

- Timely Identifying, highlighting, recording, monitoring, and mitigating the risk areas in the function.
