**Wedevelopment**

Wedevelopment is the Development Management arm of The Goyal Group.

The concept of WedevelopmentTM has been successfully piloted in Mumbai. We are transferring the

power from the hands of a few (generally the builders) to the real owners of the project i.e. the Societies. This transformational approach provides not just monetary and economic benefits to the owners but also allows
- Sustainability of housing societies by providing them an endowment fund
- Retention of the long-standing communities and brotherhood
- Creation of improved physical structures based on scientific and ecological principles.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

- Being a part of executing the entire Sales cycle, right from generating leads, managing brokers,

engaging customers, sales of flats/ commercial units, managing after sales processes of loans and

collections.
- Understanding the project USPs and the inventory to sell, such that they can engage into customer

conversations and convert them into a sale.
- Coordinating with the Marketing team for different customer engagement and branding activities

wherever required as a part of the project.
- Managing customer and broker data, sales documents, generating reports and MIS
- Experience in sales of real estate preferred
- Fluency in English & Hindi required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to make presentations, address medium sized groups, hold consultative discussions
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and build collaborative solutions
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
- Ability to connect with customers of different age groups and communities
- Willing to work weekends, and holidays

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
