**As the Operations & Documentation Executive**, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of our company's export business. Your responsibilities will include meticulous preparation, review, and maintenance of all documentation in compliance with company procedures and customer specifications. Collaboration with various departments to ensure on-time delivery and completion of export activities is essential. This position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:*

1. Document Processing: Handle and process all necessary paperwork for exporting goods, including invoices, shipping documents, and packing lists.

2. Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and other stakeholders involved in the export process.

3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the shipping, customer service, and accounting departments to ensure accurate records and timely delivery.

4. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve any arising issues effectively.

5. Database Management: Manage the company's export database, ensuring that records are accurate, up-to-date, and maintain organized filing systems.

6. Team Support: Provide support to the team in various areas of the company's export operations as required.

7. Documentation Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all export documentation data entries, both before and after shipment.

8. Shipment Monitoring: Keep track of shipment progress, monitor goods in transit, and take corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.

9. Customer Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating with international customers and suppliers.

10. Financial Coordination: Liaise with banks to ensure timely payment of export invoices.

11. Adherence to Policies: Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

12. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about import/export regulations to ensure compliance.

**Required Skills**:

- Regulatory Knowledge: Proficient understanding of import/export regulations and documentation procedures.
- Communication and Organization: Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on export regulations
- Versatility: Ability to perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience: Over 2 years in the import-export field

Required Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
