MounTech Solutions, on behalf of LeadGen, a UK-based company, is looking for a full-time IT System Architect.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Database Management**:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of MySQL database systems.-
- Ensure a high level of proficiency in MySQL database management, emphasising optimization.-
- Continuously monitor and enhance database performance, with a dedicated focus on query optimization and indexing.-
**Data Protection**:
- Develop and meticulously maintain robust backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure the security of critical data.-
- Implement stringent security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.-
**Infrastructure Management**:
- Take leadership in server management, ensuring both physical and virtual servers operate at optimal levels for availability, security, and performance.-
- Implement DevOps practices to enhance automation and efficiency.-
**Scalability and Growth Strategies**:
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to strategically plan and execute effective database scaling efforts aligned with business growth.-
- Implement and manage load balancing solutions to ensure optimal distribution of workloads across servers.**Skill Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a MySQL Database Administrator, demonstrating proficiency in administration, optimization, and performance tuning.- Hands-on expertise in backup and disaster recovery solutions for MySQL databases.- Proficiency in server administration, encompassing both Linux and Windows environments.- Adept scripting skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) for task automation.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, contributing to enhanced automation and operational efficiency.

**Eligibility**:
Graduation in any discipline

**Experience**:
2-4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
