Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned withthe overall business strategy.
Develop an HR Policy for the factory keeping best industrypractices
Maintain day to dayattendance and overtime and provide all details for timely salarypayment
Bridge management andemployee relations by addressing demands grievances or otherissues.
Manage the recruitmentand selection process to attract hire and retain highqualityemployees.
Oversee and manage aperformance appraisal system that drives highperformance.
Ensure legalcompliance throughout human resourcemanagement.
Develop and monitoroverall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across theorganization.
Nurture a positiveworking environment by developing policies on issues like equalemployment opportunity sexual harassmentetc.
Oversee and manage a payplan and benefits program.
Assesstraining needs to apply and monitor trainingprograms.
Report to managementand provide decision support through HRmetrics
Liaison with departmentssuch as labour ESIetc
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as HR Manager or Sr HRExecutive.
Peopleoriented andresultsdriven.
Knowledge of HRsystems and databases.
Ability toarchitect strategy along with leadershipskills.
Indepth knowledge oflabor law and HR best practices.
Degree in Human Resources or relatedfield.

Excellent active listening negotiation and presentationskills.
Competence to build andeffectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of thecompany.
Indepth knowledge of theindustry s standards andregulations.
WorkingConditions:
