**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:
Actively prospect and generate new leads to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and distributors.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

**Product Knowledge**:
Develop a deep understanding of our cement panels and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.

**Client Management**:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

**Sales Targets**:
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance.

**Market Research**:
Conduct regular market research to identify potential customers and stay informed about industry trends.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding market demands and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the cement panels or construction materials industry.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Self-motivated and results-driven.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
