Administration Assistant

**Document Management**:
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, files, and documentation, including production reports, inventory lists, and employee records.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and data entry.
- **Support to Management**:
- Assist executives and managers in handling their schedules and administrative needs.
- Draft and edit correspondence, communications, and other official documents.
- **Communication and Liaison**:
- Act as a point of contact between departments (production, HR, logistics) and external vendors or clients.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and complaints when required.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure that office and company operations adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Help maintain compliance-related documentation, especially for food safety and health regulations.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate production logs, shipment schedules, and employee attendance records.
- Compile and enter data from various sources for reporting and analysis.
- **Human Resources Support**:
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including preparation of necessary paperwork.
- Help coordinate staff training sessions and ensure employee records are updated.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
