HR Assistant
Location: Margao, Goa.
Onsite needed (hybrid setup)
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
• Assist in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with various departments (IT, HR, and Accounts) and act as a liaison between management and employees.
• Procure and manage IT resources, including electronic equipment, as per team requirements.
• Represent the company at IT conferences, handling coordination and logistics when required.
• Perform basic accounting tasks such as handling petty cash, preparing financial reports, and reconciling invoices.
• Should be versatile to perform data entry tasks and provide different administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations across different departments, ensuring smooth operations as needed
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
• Travel occasionally for company-related events and meetings when required.
Eligibility:
• BBA, B.Com., BCA or equivalent education or experience.
• Experience: 0-1 year, or any female candidate eager to start a career in HR.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and Tally.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Flexible to travel occasionally for company-related events.
