- Lead the verification activities to understand fully the design specification; design a verification environment and interact with design engineers to identify important verification scenarios.
- Develop and implement verification plans, test protocols, and procedures to ensure that products meet the required specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, service, and quality, to ensure that all aspects of the product are verified.
- Conduct thorough reviews of product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and other relevant documents.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure that their products meet Baxter Healthcare's quality and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of verification engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies found during the verification process, working with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and standards, ensuring that Baxter Healthcare's products remain compliant and competitive.
- Implement test automation frameworks to increase efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
- Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines to ensure timely and efficient testing.
- Utilize test data management tools to optimize test data creation and maintenance.
- Implement test reporting and analytics to provide insights into test results and identify areas for improvement.
- Work within Agile team to deliver quality products as one team.
- Co-ordinate the verification activities during SDLC
- Compile Verification Test Summary Report at conclusion of formal verification phase for submission.
