**Mastering Up** is a leading EdTech company on a mission to provide high-quality education in career development and professional skills. We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Level 1 Personal Branding Instructor to create engaging online courses for our ever-expanding platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver compelling online content covering a variety of personal branding topics, adhering to our curriculum and learning objectives.
- Utilize various multimedia elements like interactive exercises, real-world case studies (e.g., successful personal branding strategies of industry leaders), and self-assessment tools to create dynamic learning experiences that guide learners in building their unique brands.
- Craft clear and concise explanations of personal branding fundamentals, including self-awareness, value proposition development, online presence management, and networking strategies, ensuring learners grasp the material effectively.
- Participate in the ongoing review and improvement of existing personal branding course content.
- Respond to learner questions and concerns in a timely and helpful manner, fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages self-discovery, exploration, and confidence building.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices within the evolving landscape of personal branding.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in personal branding strategy development or career coaching.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear and concise instruction.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive online content, including demonstrations of personal branding techniques and online reputation management strategies (a plus).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Passion for helping individuals develop their personal brands and achieve their career goals.
- Proficiency in using online learning platforms is preferred.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience developing online courses or other instructional materials for personal branding topics.
- Experience working in human resources, marketing, or related fields (e.g., career counseling, talent acquisition).
- Knowledge of social media marketing and online reputation management tools.
- A captivating and engaging teaching style that fosters self-reflection, creativity, and a strategic approach to personal branding.
