This is a solo position. The person must be comfortable working alone and liase the work with the shop assistants.
- Must be able to handle high hydration doughs for products like milk bread, focaccias and brioche buns
- Must take care of the products in terms of packaging them properly and at the right time
- Must be able to communicate well with the executive chef
- Must maintain stock take, receive stock
- Must be hygenic at all times
- Must be able to create new products for the store
- Must be matured enough to be a good team player
- Must be able to handle everything on their own.
