Urgently Required Tenders & Contracts Executive

Loc - Thane

Exp - 5 Yrs

Proven experience in preparing tender and contract documentation in any Govt. sector. Familiarity with legal and procurement processes related to tendering and contracting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft clear and concise documents. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review. Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for document management. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tender and contract submissions simultaneously. Knowledge of risk management and compliance considerations in tendering and contracting processes.
- KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinating and managing the preparation of tender and contract documents in compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.

2. Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, legal, and finance, to gather necessary information for tender and contract submissions.

3. Reviewing and analysing tender documents to identify requirements, deadlines, and submission instructions.

4. Ensuring that all tender and contract documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within specified deadlines.

5. Maintaining a comprehensive database of tender and contract documentation, including tracking status and outcomes of submissions
- 6. Assisting in the negotiation and review of contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company policies.

7. Supporting the development of standard templates and tools for tender and contract documentation to streamline the process.

8. Conducting research on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to enhance the quality of tender and contract submissions.

9. Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and updates related to tendering and contracting processes.

10. All documentation related to pre and post contract management
