Role & responsibilities
- Making Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers through the dashboard to promote products or services.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional manner to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the products or services offered so that their features and benefits can be effectively communicated to customers.
- Strategising: Maintain a competitive sourcing strategy to retain business or increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer data, interactions and events in CRM systems.
- Follow-up: Contact customers to ensure satisfaction, answer questions, and resolve problems or complaints.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve common goals and share best practices.
- Stick to Scripts: Stick to predefined scripts or confirm your script to maintain consistency and professionalism in communication.
- Time Management: Manage your time effectively to make many calls and maintain high-quality interactions with customers.
- Documentation: Retention of calls, sales and other relevant data for reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and Track: Monitor your sales funnel to make sure it's solid and meeting its goals.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years experience in leading or managing highly analytical, quantitative products or services, or closing important deals or business plans
- Comfortable working together, shaping the viewpoints of technical and commercial leaders, and building long-lasting relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial models and forecasts
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to create projects and expand clients for businesses
- Excellent in both written and oral communication.
**Incentive/Salary**
5k/month + Pre-Placement Offer (Performance Based )
