- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues related to orders.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Organized and efficient in managing tasks, especially order confirmations.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize and engage effectively.
- Prior experience in social media management or customer service is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
