**Cataloging Executive**

**Company Profile**:
With an experience of over 8 Years, our clients have a keen eye for perfection which has led them to be a partner studio with two of the biggest fashion e-commerce websites in India, Myntra and Jabong. There E-commerce clienteles consists the likes of Snapdeal, Flipkart, Limeroad, Vista Print, Paytm, Indear.in, Prerto, Pretty Secrets and many more. We now have 3 studios in Mumbai, Banglore & Delhi.

WhiteBG Studio is a busy commercial photography studio based in Mumbai, India.

We are looking for a well-organized and highly skilled person to join our existing Cataloging Team, taking responsibility for managing and listing of products on marketplaces and solving all the reasons causing rejections.

**Job Location**:Mumbai Santacruz (E)

**Qualification**:Any graduate (B. TECH/ BCA/ B.Sc IT fresher preffered)

**Working Days**:6 days working (Monday - Saturday)

**Experience Required**:1-2 years

**CTC Range**:17-25k/month

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Marketplaces listings including catalogue specifications, product description, images and prices for Ecommerce Portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong, TataCliq and many more using the Unicommerce Ecommerce Platform
- Create listings as needed, ensuring products are accurately priced, photographed, and described.
- Enter product information, upload pictures and other files into the Marketplace Catalogues while ensuring accuracy
- Make all listings as informative and appealing as possible to maximize revenues from assigned eCommerce marketplaces and create consumer delight
- Monitor and optimize live listings daily and make suggestions to improve listing performance and health.
- Resolve problematic transactions and maintain healthy marketplace account standing.
- Stock update on daily basis on e-commerce portals like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Jabong, TataCliq etc.
- Update Inventory on all marketplaces and maintain large online product catalogs.

**Job Requirements**:

- Prior work experience in Ecommerce Marketplaces product listing and stock management i.e. working on e-commerce marketplace portals like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Jabong, TataCliq etc.
- Sound knowledge of Vendor panel product listing process on marketplace/ e-Commerce portal.
- Ability to promptly update and upload product data, specifications and Images of products on marketplaces with price listing and approved discounts for individual and bulk listings.
- Hands-on in updating product information on Fashion E-Commerce Portals for stock updates and catalogs.
- Knowledge of inward / outward, aging of stock and Inventory control with Physical counts preferred
- Basic Photoshop experience (basic photo touch up, resizing, etc.).
- Office skills including word, excel, outlook and Power Point (Must be excellent working on Ms Excel)
- Self-driven, Self-discipline work initiative, ability to meet deadline
- STRONG attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills

**Key Skills Required**:
E-Commerce, Marketplace Warehouse, Vendor Panel, Posting & Display of Products/ Images on E-Commerce Portals, Benchmark Competitor Pricing/ Discounts, Online Product Catalog, Individual/ Bulk Listing on e-Commerce Portals, Stock Market Place Packaging Material, Warehouse.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
