Acenture is seeking motivated individuals to join our Customer Process team, with a specific focus on the US Process. As a Customer Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our US-based clients. You will interact with customers, resolve inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and issues.
Identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints effectively.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and information accurately in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed performance and quality standards.

Location - Vikhroli MDC2C
UK shifts(starting 12pm, last shift ends at 4am) & Rotational Offs -work from office.
Undergraduates (HSC with min 1-year BPO experience
