**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 + Incentives

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Course Development and Curriculum Design**:

- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum and lesson plans covering all aspects of cosmetology, including skin care, hair care, makeup, nail art, estheology, and aesthetics.
- Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and incorporates the latest techniques and trends in the beauty industry.
- Continuously update course content to reflect advancements in cosmetology and changing industry requirements.

**Instruction and Classroom Management**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions to students on various cosmetology topics.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes learning and creativity.

**Student Assessment and Mentorship**:

- Assess student progress through practical exams, projects, and continuous evaluations, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Mentor and guide students on their career paths, offering advice on skill development and professional growth in the beauty industry.
- Assist students in building a professional portfolio that showcases their skills and creativity in cosmetology.

**Technical Skills and Practical Application**:

- Oversee and guide students during practical sessions, ensuring they practice safely and effectively on mannequins or live models.
- Teach students to use various cosmetology tools and products, emphasizing proper usage, hygiene, and safety standards.

**Industry Collaboration and Continuous Learning**:

- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and beauty product companies to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and students gain exposure to the latest products and techniques.
- Organize guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits to enhance the learning experience and provide networking opportunities for students.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, incorporating new techniques, products, and tools into teaching practices.

**Research and Development**:

- Encourage students to participate in research projects and beauty competitions to further their knowledge and skills.
- Engage in personal development by attending industry seminars, workshops, and conferences to stay current with emerging trends and technologies in cosmetology.

**Administration and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on course progress, student performance, and any challenges faced during instruction.
- Assist in planning and executing student showcases, beauty shows, and other events that highlight student achievements.

**Community and Outreach**:

- Participate in community outreach programs, promoting cosmetology education and the benefits of professional beauty services.
- Organize and participate in events, such as beauty camps and charity drives, to engage with the community and promote the cosmetology program.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Esthetics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cosmetology, with expertise in skin care, hair styling, makeup, nails, estheology, and aesthetics.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for teaching and mentoring is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry.
