**Job Title: Cosmetology Instructor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction**: Deliver engaging and effective lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training in cosmetology techniques, including hair cutting, coloring, styling, skincare, and nail care.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with faculty to design, update, and enhance curriculum materials to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- **Student Assessment**: Evaluate student performance through practical assessments, written exams, and projects. Provide constructive feedback to facilitate student growth and improvement.
- **Mentorship**: Foster a supportive learning environment by mentoring students and providing guidance on career opportunities and professional development.
- **Industry Engagement**: Stay updated with current trends and technologies in the beauty industry. Facilitate workshops or guest speaker events featuring industry professionals.
- **Administrative Duties**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress. Assist in program accreditation and compliance with state regulations.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other instructors and staff to promote a cohesive and inclusive educational environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid cosmetology license and teaching certification (if required by state regulations).
- Proven experience in cosmetology, with a minimum of [1 years] in the industry.
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Knowledge of current industry trends, techniques, and products.
