**Responsibilities**:
Our international Company in India is looking for a GA Officer (Stock Admin) who will report to our GA Manager and be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and managing various stock-related activities within the company. Main responsibilities can be listed but not limited to follows:

- Stock Management:_
- Regularly check the stock of IT assets, non-IT assets (excluding consumables), and supplies.
- Conduct monthly stock checks for IT assets and quarterly stock checks for non-IT assets (except for consumables).
- Update stock records to reflect changes such as receiving, withdrawing, borrowing, returning, changing users, and asset location changes.
- Run barcodes for new assets upon arrival.
- Identify damaged assets, record the details, and initiate appropriate actions for repair or replacement.
- Inventory Control:_
- Monitor stock levels and anticipate supply needs.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment of supplies and consumables.
- Create purchase orders for consumables used within the company.
- Equipment Rentals and Meeting Room Coordination:_
- Prepare and coordinate the rental and return of equipment as needed.
- Take care of meeting room bookings, including preparing the equipment and ensuring the meeting room is properly equipped and ready for use.
- Perform other related duties as requested by our Office Manager.

**Job Requirement**:

- Good communication in English: both written and verbal;
- At least 1 year experience in a General Assistant, General Affairs or in an Admin role;
- Good skills in MS office, Google Suite;
- Be responsible, trustworthy, careful and organized;
- Be able to work under pressure, and have a willingness to take responsibility;
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload
- Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture
- Eager to learn, supportive attitude.
