Radiunce is looking for a proactive and driven Field Sales Executive with 1+ years of experience in sales, ideally in the hospitality or design sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging directly with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our tailored products and services.
- Conduct in-person visits to various restaurants to present and promote Radiunce’s consultancy and design services to owners and managers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality sector.
- Present and demonstrate our range of products, showcasing how they can elevate clients’ spaces.
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to secure bulk product orders.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional strategies and drive awareness in the market.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management on market trends and client feedback.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Radiunce and expand our client base.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in the hospitality or design sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
