**Job Overview**:Aahar Shri (India) Agro Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team at our new unit. The Accounts Executive will play a vital role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records, facilitating financial transactions, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Recordkeeping**:Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**:Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with vendors as necessary.
Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.

**Bank Reconciliation**:Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

**Financial Reporting**:Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generate financial reports and provide insights on financial performance.

**Expense Management**:Monitor and manage expense reimbursements, petty cash, and employee advances.
Review and verify expense reports for accuracy and compliance.

**Tax and Regulatory Compliance**:Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
Support audits and provide required documentation as needed.

**Documentation and Filing**:Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and documentation.
Ensure proper filing of financial records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

**Communication and Team Collaboration**:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making.
Communicate financial information clearly and professionally to internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience 2-3 years working as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping and reporting.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
