We are a Workday partner company seeking a ServiceNow Administrator with hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will play a crucial part in configuring, administering, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to optimize and enhance our organization’s business processes. Your technical expertise in ServiceNow modules, integrations, and troubleshooting will be essential in ensuring seamless service delivery, efficient workflow automation, and reliable system performance.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- **Build Integrations**: You will develop and manage integrations between **ServiceNow** and other platforms using **REST**, **SOAP services**, and **JSON**, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
- **Work with ServiceNow Tables**: You will handle **ServiceNow tables**, defining and managing data structures to ensure accurate and efficient data storage and retrieval.
- **Design Reports and Dashboards**: You will create and customize **reports** and **dashboards** within ServiceNow, providing critical insights to improve decision-making and business processes.
- **Define Complex Views**: You will define complex views within **ServiceNow** using advanced filtering, sorting, and visualizations, allowing teams to extract and present data in meaningful ways.
- **Work with ServiceNow Modules**: You will work extensively with key **ServiceNow modules**, including **CSM (Customer Service Management)**, **ESM (Enterprise Service Management)**, **HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery)**, and **ITSM (IT Service Management)**, ensuring these modules are optimized for the business.
- **Utilize ServiceNow APIs**: You will leverage **ServiceNow APIs** to integrate external systems and automate processes, ensuring smooth communication between ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.
- **Design and Automate Flows**: You will create and manage **flows** using **ServiceNow Flow Designer**, automating workflows, approvals, and tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- **Manage Service**Catalog**: You will work with **ServiceNow's**Catalog** Builder**, creating and managing service catalogs and fulfillment processes to meet the needs of internal and external users.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end users to understand requirements, gather feedback, and improve ServiceNow solutions.
