Job Overview: The L3 End User Computing Expert is a technical expert responsible for providing specialized knowledge and support related to end user computing technologies. This role involves assessing, designing, implementing, and optimizing end user computing solutions to meet business needs and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities: Event viewer Analytics expert SME (on end point), diagnose, Managed Engine n point central, build engineers.

2. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business requirements and design end user computing solutions that meet organizational needs. Develop technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans for end user computing projects.

4. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting assistance for complex end user computing issues. Investigate root causes of problems, identify solutions, and implement fixes to restore normal operation and minimize user impact.

5. Performance Optimization: Analyze end user computing environments to identify opportunities for performance optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement. Recommend and implement enhancements to hardware, software, and configuration settings to optimize user experience and resource utilization.

6. Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and controls to protect end user computing environments from cybersecurity threats, data breaches, and compliance risks. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to data protection and privacy.

7. Knowledge Sharing: Share expertise and best practices with team members, stakeholders, and end users through training sessions, knowledge base articles, documentation, and presentations. Empower others to effectively utilize end user computing technologies and tools.

9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in end user computing, desktop support, system administration, or related IT roles, with demonstrated expertise in end user computing technologies.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
