**Job Brief**

We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients in both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target new customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve win-win agreements.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure the delivery of promised solutions.
- Set and achieve sales targets, both individually and as a team.
- Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Chemical or paint Industry (Good to have)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
