- Provide sales/opportunity support as an SME
- Identify expansion/extension sales opportunities in current client engagements and discuss with project engagement lead/practice lead
- Delivery & Utilization: Business Acumen, Effective Communication- 80-90% utilization
- Manage project team, workstream, and personal work efforts and deliver high-quality work products and services to assigned clients
- Establish personal credibility at assigned clients
- Demonstrate clear and effective judgment and decision making
- Effectively communicate (written and verbal) with clients and project teams
- Lead and help facilitate client working sessions and interviews
- Manage project financials (billing, budget, forecasting, etc.)

- Participate in the training and assimilation of new team members
- Understand and executes consulting and financial management practices
- Constant deepening of skillset in assigned practice area through training and other learning opportunities
- Work towards becoming a SME; recognized internally and externally for knowledge and expertise in the assigned practice area
- Actively participate in PMP process (goal setting, project reviews, etc.)

**1. Business Development
- Leads in the development of sections of client proposals and SOWs
- Assists in framing and proposing extension/expansion projects on existing client engagements with Project Leadership
- Identifies add-on opportunities at current clients both within and outside the existing scope
- Supports sales and business development pursuits for existing clients and prospects, as requested
- Supports sales meetings with the solution directors
- Demonstrates capabilities in selling and solution framing
- Participates in developing and framing qualified leads

**2. Firm Practice Building
- Assists in the building and marketing of intellectual capital related to area of specialty
- Leads the multiple components in the development of IP, e.g.: methodologies; best practices; maturity models; analytic frameworks; scorecards
- Facilitates cross-organizational and practice collaboration in all matters of project and solution delivery
- Periodically sought out for expertise/insight across internal teams
- Demonstrates examples of effective knowledge sharing across company/outside of direct client responsibilities
- Recognized internally and gaining external recognition for knowledge and expertise in at least one service and industry area
- Continues to avail himself to colleagues outside of the area of growing specialization
- Takes a leadership role in culture building
- Sets a good example for all team members by attending/participating in-office and virtual events
- Provides input and guidance into the staffing process
- Participates in recruiting and interviewing processes

**3. Effective Communication
- Writes with purpose and proper grammar, appropriate word choice, and flow.
- Concisely communicates factual, relevant information and points of view that are tailored to the audience and are convincing, demonstrating a broad understanding of the matter.
