Daily Order Processing, inventory management, logistics coordination with internal team and platform POC (if any) to ensure seamless delivery of orders to customers.

Monitor and analyze customer feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Manage individual and bulk listings updation - Product Data / specifications / Images / Pricing.

Maintain and upload website / platforms content and ensure all content is up to date and that all pages, products & prices on the site and platforms are correct.

SKU wise Stock availability is to be updated on Truefarm website and all platforms directly or via the concerned POC (if any).

SKU-wise review and monitoring of hygiene elements (MRP, Pack size info, images, content) on Platforms and Truefarm website directly or via concerned POC (if any).

Monthly Review of Truefarm Ratings on Amazon, FK, BigBasket.

Monthly review of Competitors listings and creation of best practices report.

Monitor online customer feedback and be the first point of contact for all customer queries.

Release monthly / weekly offers and create tactical offers to support specific products and target specific markets.

Platform-wise Monthly Sales, Stock, Fill rate, RTV, Payment Review

Ensure monthly connection with all Platform POC’s and line up monthly review calls

Ability to create and edit interesting content & excellent proofreading skills.

Accounts reconciliation and payments follow up

Keep track of industry trends and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
