**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Will be required meet & exceed revenue target engaging customers.**

**Explore business opportunities and faster resolution time with appropriate close looping.**

**Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs.**

**Resolving customer service issues and inquiries and later transitioning to pitching products and services basis customer profile and need analysis Job Profile**

**Interacting with Customers on video, in a professional and friendly manner.**

**Performing customer service activities and initiatives across product segments.(Training will be provided)**

**Should be willing to work on a rotational roster**

**Should be willing to work in night shifts**

**Should carry IDFC FIRST Bank values and display “Always You First” attitude in every interaction.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
