This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship-Inside Sales at Midas Electronics Pvt. Ltd in Lucknow. The Customer Relationship Management Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing sales data, creating market segmentation strategies, and managing projects while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
*Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve service and sales.
*Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with customers.
*Sales: Experience in sales to effectively manage customer relationship and projects.
*Market Segmentation: Ability to segment customers based on demographics, behaviors, and needs to cater to each segment better.
*Project Management: Exceptional project management skills to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
*Strong people management and negotiation skills.
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
*2+ years of experience in customer relationship management in a B2B industry is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
