**Follow-Up**: Follow up with leads and prospects to gauge their level of interest and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
**Networking**: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build connections and learn more about the company's target market.
**Learning Sales Techniques**: Observe and learn from experienced sales professionals, understanding different sales techniques, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
