- Role: Sales Development Representative Intern (Outbound) - International

Location: Onsite
- Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Internship Duration: 6 Months (followed by a Permanent job Offer based on performance)

Time: 3:00 PM- 12:00 AM (IST)

**What will you be doing here?**
- Manage the lead generation process from lead capture to follow-up and track them through the entire sales cycle.
- Coordinate with the prospects and the Account Executive to set up business meetings/calls. Further, briefing the Account Executive about the prospect after conducting secondary research and collating relevant information.
- Engage in dialogue to understand client requirements and expectations.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Team and obtain feedback on the quality of SALs generated from SDR campaigns.
- Track full-funnel lead metrics and provide recommendations: program and campaign investments based on conversion rates.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to leadership.
- Drive data capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing, and augmentation.
- Use the latest in account-based marketing technology to run multi-channel campaigns targeting Trademo’s largest customers.
- Knowledge of Sales funnel and pipeline structure.

**Desired Profile**
- B.Tech+MBA/ B.Tech +BPO experience in US(International) sales process
- Having internship experience in the US voice process would be a plus
- Functional experience in prospecting tools and CRM platforms, like - Sales Navigator, Outreach, Zoom info, Cognism, SFDC, etc would be a plus
- And a handful of curiosity and passion
- Exceptional prospecting, discovery, and qualification skills.
