We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team at Esotico International. **Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base within the sheet metal industry.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis to optimize sales and marketing efforts.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.

Product Promotion: Develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials to create awareness and demand for our sheet metal products in the target market.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our sheet metal offerings.

Negotiation and Contracts: Handle contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and terms of sale while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting company objectives.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights, reporting regularly to management on performance and progress.

Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and product development feedback.

Market Expansion: Explore opportunities for business growth in new geographic regions or industries that align with the company's long-term strategy.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing roles within the sheet metal manufacturing or a related industry.

3. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.

4. Marketing Acumen: Familiarity with marketing techniques, including digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation strategies.

5. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and foster a customer-centric approach.

6. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address customer challenges effectively.

7. Adaptability: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new market opportunities.

8. Technology Proficiency: Competence in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

9. Handling social media.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong presentation skills and inter-personal skills.

**Salary**: ₹-15,000.00 - ₹-20,000.00 per month.
