**Job Title: Receptionist Cum Admin**

**Job Location: Mumbai**

**Job Overview**:

- Seeking a competent and professional Receptionist cum Admin for our HO
- **Front Desk Management**:
a. Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

b. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently

c. Manage incoming and outgoing mails and packages.
- **Customer Service**:
a. Provide information to visitors and clients about the Company, its projects and services

b. Handle inquiries and requests from clients, both in person and over the phone

c. Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors to the office
- **Administrative support**:
a. Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document management.

b. Schedule appointments and meetings for Company personnel as requested

c. Coordinate travel arrangements thru online Flight/Train/Bus bookings and accommodations as needed
- **Office Maintenance**:
a. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and the common areas by manging the housekeeping team and the escalating the issues to the house keeping agency at regular intervals for better performance.

b. Monitor, order and maintaining stock record of office supplies including office stationeries, pantry and housekeeping materials and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels

c. Coordinate and schedule regular pest control activities in the office premises

d. Keep all the AMCs of office equipments like HVAC, pest control, coffee vending machines, water purifiers, IT assets like desktop computers, laptops, printers etc. and internet service provider, active and schedule regular maintenance accordingly

e. Liaise with building management for maintenance and repairs as required
- **Assistance to Management**:
a. Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, including preparing reports and presentations

b. Assist in organising Company events. Meetings and conferences

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
- Proficient in MS Office suite/Google Workspace
- Knowledge to operate desktop computer/printer/scanner

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Proven experience of 10 + years as a Receptionist cum Admin, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong Organization skills with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to details and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
