Admin Assistant

To assist in banking operations and submission of documents.
Delivery of equipment and when required / Pickup.
Collection of Cheque and payments in as and when required as and when required by different departments.
Searching local vendors to ensure on time required office, cosmetic, parts and packing supply.
Petty Cash report maintenance and submitting same to accounts Department.
Supervise Building maintenance and housekeeping activities of the company.
To ensure cost effective utilization of electricity, water and packing materials.
To ensure effective packing of parts and equipment.
Cleaning Man power schedule maintain&
Record with written documents.
Electric lights, Fan, AC routine maintain.
Factory utility to be maintain well
Outside advice trip has to be approved to your manager.
Daily report to be maintains
To help in production/Store/service activities when in company
You have to Travel as per requirement of company.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
