Job Title: Marketing Executive - Digital Media

**Job Description**:
As a Marketing Executive specializing in Digital Media, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. Your expertise in various digital platforms, content creation, analytics, and campaign management will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation of online marketing initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to achieving the organization's marketing objectives and optimizing its digital presence.

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy Development**: Contribute to the creation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, targeting specific demographics, and leveraging various online channels.

**Content Creation**: Develop engaging and relevant digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, infographics, and other formats, to attract and engage the target audience.

**Social Media Management**: Manage social media platforms, create content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments to build and maintain a strong online presence.

**Paid Advertising Campaigns**: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and monitoring website performance.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across digital channels, generate regular reports, and provide insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

**Website Management**: Collaborate with web developers to maintain and update the company website, ensuring it remains current, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing goals.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all digital touchpoints.

**Relationship Building**: Interact with online communities, influencers, and industry partners to foster brand partnerships and collaborations that enhance digital visibility.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on creating and managing successful campaigns across various platforms.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging digital content that resonates with the target audience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling copy and engaging with online communities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving digital trends.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, techniques, and industry trends.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work, along with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
