**Job description**
We are looking for an ambitious B2B marketing specialist for Avis hospitals, responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. As a B2B marketing specialist, you will help us to develop and manage B2B marketing programs, strategies, execution, and results. You will take care of marketing efforts for brand positioning and awareness.
You will collaborate closely with the Marketing department and work towards content creation, brand building, executing the company’s B2B marketing strategy and programs, internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events such as webinars, podcasts, digital marketing to help the company in meeting its growth objectives.
A B2B Marketing Specialist will be responsible to collaborate closely with the marketing department. In this role, collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors is essential to grow the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work towards content creation, brand building, internal/external branding, lead generation, and many more in order to help the company in meeting its growth objectives.
- Build strategies for targeting specific markets and consumer demographics.
- Contribute towards the development of a sustainable lead generation system.
- Identify and target relevant businesses to drive B2B sales and partnerships.
- Build an extended team and implement an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential.
- Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creativity, sales, and the broader organization.
- Evaluate market research outcomes for improved advertising strategy.
- Helping to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs.
- Create and publish content as part of a bigger digital marketing strategy, hence organizing different market campaigns to attract the target audience.
- Assessing the results of marketing campaigns regularly.
- Engage in open and collaborative communication with our Sales and specialist teams.
