**About Company**

We are looking for individuals that want to continually improve the information security program and build positive relationships across the organization.

**Responsibility**:

- Lead the ability to “shift left” and incorporate security early on and throughout the development lifecycle with automation.
- Draft and uphold CI/CD security strategy and practices in tandem with other technical team leads.
- Enrich DevOps architecture with security standards and best practices.
- Partner with teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across business units.
- Leverage vulnerability database sources to understand the weakness, probability and remediation options supplied by vendors as well as workarounds.
- Communicate vulnerability results in a manner understood by technical and non-technical business units based on risk tolerance and threat to the business, and gain support through influential messaging.
- Regularly research and learn new tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) in public and closed forums, and work with colleagues to assess risk and implement/validate controls as necessary through the CI/CD pipeline.
- Work with engineering teams to resolve security findings, software bugs, and vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
- Identify new tools/solutions for implementing new type of security checks
- Effectively communicate policies, standards and guidance to leadership and engineering teams.
- Ensure technology risks are identified and adequately addressed throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide hands-on oversight of automated security testing tools for static and dynamic software analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
- At least 5-7+ years’ experience in cybersecurity as a practitioner and with at least 2-3+ years exposure with Microsoft Azure
- Experience in creating Build/Release pipelines and integrating security tools
- Experience in creating approval/rejection workflow based on the security quality gates, in CI/CD pipeline
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and security related field.
- Experience with C# or Java programming languages.
- Experience within Agile development and implementation of security in a DevOps and CI/CD frameworks.
- Understanding of AKS - containers and container security.
- Understanding of OWASP, CVSS, the MITRE ATT&CK framework and the software development lifecycle (SLDC)
- Ability to problem solve and manage business needs/IT changes in a rapidly changing complex technical environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
- Proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees
- Must be willing to support background checks, security checks and/or any other documentation and provide copies of any identification documents required by any State, Federal or Tribal governmental agency in order to maintain compliance with their laws and to successfully perform in the role.

**Other Desired Skill**:

- Exposure to Jenkins
- Strong Linux and Windows support skills.
- Exposure to multiple programming languages to demonstrate a proof-of-concepts.
- Capable of scripting in one of Python/Bash/Perl/PowerShell.
- Experience and understanding of various regulatory requirements and laws, including but not limited to: Payment Card Industry (PCI), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). Additionally, experience in one or more of the following: SOC 2, ISO 27001/2, ITIL or NIST.
