**Full Job Description**
- Oversee the Real Estate Operations team, handle Real Estate client Interaction, coordinating with the team to ensure delivery deadlines are met and quality meets or exceeds Customer expectations.
- Defines and executes the overall service delivery strategy, Creates operating plan, Defines and communicates strategy to operations team.
- Manages and is responsible for achieving desired business results. Determines operating standards for client servicing in collaboration with the business. Manages, motivates and develops team. Leads staff meetings, sets strategy that may translate into tactical operating plans.
- Provides consultation and advice to internal and external partners and executes on creating an environment in which products and/or processes are designed and/or followed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guide the team, track deliverables and help resolve any issues with mínimal interruption to Client.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking - Understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyze situations fully and accurately, and reach productive decisions.
**Requirements for this position**:

- Should be available to work during US hours. (8 hours between 6PM IST - 3 AM IST)
- 7+ years total experience and at least 3 years of prior management experience in Operations.
- A reliable computer and internet access, 20 MBPS
- Possesses skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and customer management
- Performs well in environment that values creativity, flexibility, and variety
- Exhibits personal qualities, such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, and adaptability
- General knowledge of most popular social media sites (Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
- You will work remotely and be monitored using MS Team and Project Management Apps.

**Schedule**: Night shift - 8 hours between 6PM IST - 3 AM IST

**Education**: Bachelors degree or Higher. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.

**Yearly Bonus** : Range INR 1000- INR 50,000 depending on performance of employee and company profits.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
