Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate professional who can handle a multi-faceted role in the real estate industry. The candidate will play a key role in the business growth of the Gee Gee Group with a focus on maximizing the investment value of the group’s portfolio properties by maximizing Net Property Income.


Responsibilities

Work scope includes:

  • Revenue & Lead Generation: Spearheading the sales and leasing of the group’s portfolio properties to drive topline growth. Updating the leads in the group’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portal.
  • Marketing: Preparation of marketing strategy (physical and digital), budget and execution of the marketing plan to generate leads for sales & leasing.
  • Asset Enhancement: Creative thinking of asset enhancement initiatives (AEI), preparation and execution of AEI plan.
  • Asset Maintenance: Ensuring the assets are maintained in good quality by identifying areas of preventive maintenance and addressing repairs in a timely manner.
  • Tenant & Buyer Coordination: Attending to site visits for viewings and handholding the tenant/ buyer for seamless move-in and move-out procedures.
  • Collections: Assisting the finance team to recover delay in collections.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Preparation of Annual Business Plan (ABP) for management review and approval.
  • Reporting: Preparation of monthly Asset Management Reports for management review
  • Acquisitions: Supporting the senior leadership in acquisition of new properties by preparing financial models, coordinating property due diligence, closing of transaction documentation and transferring of title or title rights.
  • Capital Raising: Supporting the senior leadership in raising third-party equity capital and debt capital by preparing investment memos, market research, investor due diligence coordination and closing of funding agreements.

 

Experience, Qualification and Desired skills

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree required in the fields of real estate, construction or business management
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Multi-faceted real estate experience is an advantage
  • Financial modelling capabilities is a plus
  • Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English
