Welcome & Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Update all workers’ attendance record
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Handle queries and address complaints.
- Maintenance of Outgoing and Incoming Courier
- Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
- Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior

**Job Specification -**
- Any bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position.
- Good communication, written and people skills.
- Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving ability with analytical skill.
- Knowledge in MS office

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
