**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Engagement and Sales**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with assistance.
- Actively approach customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend suitable items and upsell where appropriate.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the products to create a positive buying experience.
- Close sales transactions efficiently and accurately, processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall store profitability.

2. **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products offered in the store.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions.
- Provide detailed explanations and demonstrations of product functionality to customers.
- Address any customer queries or concerns regarding products effectively.

3. **Visual Merchandising**:

- Assist in maintaining an appealing and organized store layout.
- Ensure that products are neatly displayed and adequately stocked.
- Collaborate with the team to create attractive product displays and window arrangements.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the relevant departments.

4. **Customer Service**:

- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.
- Listen actively to customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Provide after-sales support, including assistance with returns and exchanges.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team and management regarding customer feedback, sales performance, and product availability.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving sales strategies and customer service initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Enthusiasm for the products being sold and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or retail management is a plus.
