We are the Exclusive Authorized Genuine Parts Stockist of Royal Enfield / Honda / TVS / Hero / Bajaj for Lucknow and 14 other districts of Uttar Pradesh. We buy genuine Spares from Company and distribute them to Dealer Network and Aftermarket Retailers, which in turn provide the Genuine Spares to end customers.

- Field Sales (Distribution Channel)

Job Location:

- Transportnagar, Lucknow (Only those applicants "will be interviewed and selected" who are either "permanent residents of Lucknow or have their own residence in Lucknow".)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Ready to travel min 15 days per month to nearby outstation of Lucknow.
- Should have Two Wheeler and Valid Driving License.
- Basic computer skills - Mail, MS Excel

Work Experience:

- min 1-3 Yrs in Sales & Business Development

Qualification:

- Graduation (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

- 15 days travel in a month to nearby outstation of Lucknow. (Will be covering the allotted area intensively & Presence in the Distribution Hub once in a week.)
- Systematic coverage of Territory Beat/Journey Map, Dealers, Private Garage Owners, Mechanics.
- Responsible for sale of Genuine Spare Parts and Accessories in designated territory.
- Build and sustain business relationship with retailers.
- Coordinate with Office Team to ensure retailer order service levels.
- Participate in weekly retail performance reviews.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary:

- Rs.15,000-25,000/- pm + Incentive+ Traveling Allowance + DA + PF / ESIC + Insurance (Life and Medical).
