**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
- Introduce company products or services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and probing questions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle customer objections and concerns effectively to close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,851.80 per month
