TLC Aesthetica, an established distinguished center for Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and medspa services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Cosmetologist to join our team. As a Medical Cosmetologist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering premium aesthetic services and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

1. **Patient Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough consultations to understand patients' cosmetic concerns and medical histories.
- Provide expert advice on suitable aesthetic procedures, considering individual needs and expectations.

2. **Aesthetic Procedures**:

- Perform a variety of cosmetic treatments, such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies.
- Utilize advanced techniques to achieve optimal results while maintaining patient safety.

3. **Pre and Post-Procedure Care**:

- Educate patients on pre-procedure preparations and post-treatment care instructions.
- Monitor and follow up with patients to ensure their well-being and satisfaction after procedures.

4. **Collaboration with Medical Team**:

- Work closely with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and other medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary discussions to enhance patient outcomes.

5. **Stay Informed**:

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cosmetic procedures, technologies, and skincare products.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to continually improve skills and knowledge.

6. **Maintain Records**:

- Document patient information, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in patient documentation.

7. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication, empathy, and professionalism.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure a positive and pleasant overall experience.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree with a specialization in dermatology or cosmetic medicine.
- Board certification in cosmetic procedures is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in performing a range of aesthetic treatments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex medical information clearly.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
