figures & planning for new AMC sales along with AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) & warranty services
- Evaluated the maintenance and warranty cost of each part; visited customers for improving service to the next level
- **Maintained service response** and closing time as per SLAs; developed service franchisees & dealers; ensured

maintenance and standardization of parts counter at APS and AMD as per CI norms
- **Managed authorized service franchisees & distributors**; planned spare parts inventory & budgeting for Technical

Department
- Coordinated & supported the Technical Field Team on a regular basis, took feedback report from customers for

improving the service and ensured satisfaction service level for order received from APS, dealers & retailers
- Mapped new retailers, explored untapped market coverage, conducted market promotion activities and engaged in new APS

appointment
- **Responded to enquiries generated, order execution**, dispatches, **collection of payments, billing** and

coordinated for After-Sales Marketing; generated MIS reports on overall performance of Service Department; delivered

presentation to top management on service & sales performance

cost parameters while adhering to respective procedures/ norms
